CRM Specialist

Job Description:

  • To be responsible of all CRM aspects, database management and segmentation across the diverse business units of the company
  • Delivery of all CRM activity for the business – including e-mail, direct mail, SMS marketing, site/mobile messaging, loyalty programs and other activity streams as required
  • Ensure that all activities delivered are consistent and follows the different brands’ guidelines as well as Best Practices and that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation
  • Track all campaigns and report performance on a regular basis
  • Monitor customer experience across all channels and make changes where required through support teams to ensure any sub-optimal items/processes/pages/etc. are improved
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to marketing manager
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders among the marketing team and other departments for accomplishing the required job
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
  • Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
  • Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
  • Preparing related area weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses


  •  University degree in related discipline: business administration, marketing management, journalism, communication etc.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role preferably in the automotive industry
  • Bilingual communication both English and Arabic to be very well spoken, written and read
  • To be computer literate and well versed in all Microsoft office applications 
  • To be based in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven ability to deal with pressure without affecting the quality of deliverables
  • Ability to multitask while keeping high performance standards
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proven strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Advanced interpersonal skills in a busy business environment 
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
